Latest EU adverse reaction data

Just checking the latest vaccine adverse reaction data from the EU.

There's now approx 450,000 reports of serious injuries from the AstraZeneca jab. Another 450,000 from the Pfizer jab. 150,000 from Moderna. 30,000 from J&J. 

Yes, I know these are just 'reports'. But surely there should be major concern about this? And a major investigation into it?!
