Proper class war/left populism doing in the US what it failed to do in the UK

In the US, real left populism is on track to take on and beat fake right populism.

In the UK, centrist wrecking (and naive leadership) destroyed that left populism, resulting in a win for fake right populists, Farage & co.

Will US centrists now do the same? (As they did in 2016). Or will they finally accept that big change is needed?
