Here's a great documentary about the history of capitalist colonialism, which continues to this day via neoliberal policies/IMF loans etc, forcibly imposed via regime change wars/assassinations/economic sanctions/covert interventions, (that are all sold to us by the capitalist media as ‘humanitarian’ interventions).
Having watched this, I am feeling more ashamed than ever of being a white European! (Though really, it’s only ever been an elite minority of white people responsible for all this plunder and bloodshed).
We desperately need a new system - one that doesn’t involve the rich extracting the resources and wealth from the poor. Also, a HELL of a lot of debt cancellation and reparations are needed.
