The neoliberal economic system has ravaged the planet in so many ways, but many still like to ignore this, and instead argue that it has reduced global poverty, (so who cares about the for-profit wars and ecocide, the mental health crisis, etc?).
Such people should read this.
There are anti-establishment and anti-neoliberal protests arounds the world right now. People have had enough of the system that is screwing them, whilst enriching an elite few off the backs of their labour.
